Cooking Suggestions: In a large pot combine soup mix and spice packet to 4 cups water and 4 cups veggie, chicken or beef broth. Add any additional ingredients at this point – an assortment of seasonal vegetables will create a delicious and filling vegetarian meal. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 45 minutes. Once your soup is cooked completely add a 14.5 oz .can of diced tomatoes and salt to taste. Top soup with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt before serving.
