You will need:
Preheat oven to 350. Add contents of package to 2 lbs. ground meat of your choice. Add 1 egg and ½ cup milk or milk alternative. Mix well. Form into a loaf pan and poke 5 or 6 finger sized holes into loaf. Fill holes with catsup or BBQ sauce. Bake for approximately 1 hour, check with meat thermometer for desired doneness.
Optional Recipe: To speed up cooking time try using a muffin tin in place of a loaf pan, just follow the recipe above but form tennis ball sized loaves and place in tin. Cooking times will vary but expect 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, check with meat thermometer for desired doneness.
